The terms “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Beaver Rides LLC or the Applications, used interchangeably.

The Company is an intermediary service providing a platform and targeted services to facilitate taxi drivers connecting with customers. In order to provide the Services, we ask for certain personal information which is displayed on the App. When you use the Service available through our App, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of information about yourself as described in this Privacy Policy.

Through the Beaver Rides Application, the Company provides and acts as an intermediary e-commerce marketplace facilitating taxi drivers connecting with end users. It is a platform for domestic consumers to transact with third-party drivers who have been granted access to the App. The Company does not provide services to users other than providing the marketplace as a platform to transact at their own cost and risk, and other services as may be specifically notified in writing.

The Company is not and cannot be a party to any transaction between a taxi driver and customer, or have control, involvement, or influence over services received from third-party sellers or taxi drivers (collectively, “Services”). We may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised Privacy Policy on this page. Changes will be effective upon posting. By using the App, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is effective from August 5, 2026 and continues until revoked by the Company.

11 Confidentiality and Security

11.1 We limit access to Personal Information about you to employees and stakeholders who we reasonably believe need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or perform their jobs.

11.2 We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable United States law and other laws that apply to our operations in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, to protect Personal Information about you. 15 Permissions

We use the following permission set for input purposes only. These permissions are not used to store any type of Personal Information from the user.

android.permission.CAMERA android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS android.permission.READ_CONTACTS

These authorizations are used to capture data from the camera, read phone state, and read contact details for an emergency call. User information collected under authorization is secured under applicable Google consent requirements.

Location Permission Declaration

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION: After you approve, these permissions are used so riders can set pickup/drop-off accurately and so Drivers can navigate and share live trip location. Location service is used under Google Play Developer Program Policies. We do not sell location data.

ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION (Beaver Driver): Background location is used so a Driver who is online or on an active trip can keep receiving nearby requests and so an active trip can continue to be tracked when Beaver Driver is not in the foreground. Collection stops when the Driver goes offline. Location service is used under Google Play Developer Program Policies. Drivers see an in-app disclosure and must consent before Android asks for “Allow all the time.”

16 Beaver Driver Application

16.1 Beaver Driver is a separate companion application intended solely for drivers and delivery partners (“Drivers”) who provide services through the Beaver Rides platform. It is not intended for riders or the general public. This section describes the additional information the Company collects and processes when a Driver uses the Beaver Driver application, and supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy.

16.2 Information we collect from Drivers. To operate the Driver marketplace we collect and store the following:

  • 16.2.1 Identity and account details — full name, telephone number, email address, profile photo, and login credentials.
  • 16.2.2 Driver and vehicle documentation — driver’s license, identity proof, vehicle registration and description, insurance where applicable, and other documents a Driver uploads to be approved for the platform.
  • 16.2.3 Real-time location — the Driver’s precise geographic location while the application is in use and while the Driver is online or on an active trip, including in the background, so that we can match the Driver with nearby requests, provide turn-by-turn navigation, and track trips in progress.
  • 16.2.4 Trip and activity data — trip requests received, accepted, declined, or completed; routes; timestamps; earnings; ratings; and other records generated while providing Services.
  • 16.2.5 Device information — device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and diagnostic information used to keep the application reliable.

16.3 How we use Driver information. We use the information above to verify a Driver’s eligibility, connect Drivers with riders and customers, enable navigation and trip tracking, calculate fares and earnings, provide support, maintain safety, and comply with legal obligations.

16.4 Location sharing during active trips. When a Driver is matched with a rider or customer, the Driver’s real-time location is shared with that rider or customer for the limited purpose of coordinating pickup, delivery, and trip tracking. Location is collected while the Driver is online or on an active trip and is not shared beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.

16.5 Background location. The Beaver Driver application uses background location (ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION) so a Driver can keep receiving requests and so an active trip can continue to be tracked when the application is not in the foreground. Background location is only active while the Driver chooses to be online or is on a trip, and stops when the Driver goes offline. Location service is used in accordance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies.

16.6 Driver control. A Driver may go offline at any time to stop location collection, review and update account and document information in the application, and request deletion of their account by contacting legal@beaverrides.com. Certain trip and transaction records may be retained where required for legal, tax, safety, or dispute-resolution purposes.
